Abdullah Al-Aboudi has been vice president of support services at the Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships since April 2018.
Prior to that, he served as the shared services director of Riyadh Airports Company as part of its privatization and major transformation projects from September 2016 until April 2018.
In November 2015, Al-Aboudi was chief administrative officer of Kudu group as a part of the newly hired, international, C-level team to lead a transformation of the company. He worked there until August 2016.
Before joining Kudu, he was assistant general manager of human resources at Al-Rajhi Bank from June 2013 until November 2015. He also worked in different positions in the bank, including as head of human resources and head of compensation, benefits and performance management from January 2011 until June 2013.
His journey began in November 1998 at Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) where he worked until December 2010. Al-Aboudi worked at SABIC as a senior communications engineer and manager of government relations.
As a leader with over 22 years of experience, Al-Aboudi believes that leaders must be role models in acting upon the values of the organization and must create a vision, articulate it and carry it to fruition with the help of carefully selected people who share the same values.
Al-Aboudi received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from King Saud University, Riyadh, in 1998. He also obtained an MBA from the same university in 2011.
He earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources certificate from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
